Our history
Small Wonder Pre-Primary School established Navudya Foundation in 2018, keeping in mind the motto Aapna Varan Janhit Dhiyam. The main objective of this organization is to bring about the development of society by providing excellent services to the deprived and weaker sections of society. We strive to provide high-quality services with a view to the holistic development of students beyond traditional education. Small Wonder Pre-Primary provides education for small to large groups. School Curriculum Central Board of Secondary Education, i.e., affiliated to CBSE. Education is imparted in the medium of english in the school.
Teacher
The role of teachers is very important in the formation of a student. Keeping this in mind, we carefully select teachers. Besides, trained housekeeping staff have been appointed to clean and maintain the school.
Infrastructure
Small Wonder Pre-Primary School situated in Panrajpe Abhiruchi Parisar Dhairi-Narher Road road in the Narhe area provides excellent infrastructure facilities to the students. These include well-equipped, spacious, and ventilated classrooms, e-learning facilities with LCD screens in every classroom, computer labs, science labs, an amphitheater with a seating capacity of around 80, and a high-quality public address system.
Other facilities
The school provides facilities such as free multi-purpose education, books, notebooks and stationery, school uniform, notebooks, and health check-up, as well as milk, breakfast, and nutritious food to the students.
Educational and other activities
1. Sports
The importance of play for the sound health and overall development of children is unique. At Small Wonder’s preschool, students are encouraged to participate in various sports. Students of our school are proficient in many sports, including dance, chess, abacus, karate, and boxing. These students are participating in state and national level sports competitions and earning medals for the school.
2. Cultural events
Students are given a platform to showcase their talent in music, dance, and drama. Apart from this, participation in various cultural programs is encouraged to develop self-confidence among students.
3. Supplementary Educational Activities
There is an urgent need for supplementary educational activities to inculcate various life values like teamwork among the students. Due to this, activities such as a cleanliness campaign, clay idol making essay competition, handwriting competition, handicrafts, fort making, rangoli, lamp making, etc., are carried out in the school throughout the year.
4. Science Fair
The main objective of the science fair is to provide a platform for students’ innovative ideas. Small Wonder’s preschool organizes a science fair every year. Through this exhibition, students can present their science projects and creative ideas to others. Students get guidance from the teachers on how to present their projects in the exhibition and how to interact with the visitors.
5. Guest lectures
Various opportunities are offered to create awareness among other topics such as social behavior, special skill development, and social duties, among others. E.g., good and bad spurs, companions, e-waste management, etc.
